Tutorial and level 1

Made a tutorial level, a level 1 and a basic "end game" screen. Mostly with a combination of probuilder and office SNAPS - at some point I'll replace the assets with ones we've made ourselves, but it should be fine for testing.

Also trying out a "floating text" UI for hints:

I think it looks pretty cool, might play around with fonts later
